👋 Who Can Join?

If you’re a BBIA member (or part of a member company) working in the commercial space — whether you are a developer, general contractor, specialty trade, engineer, architect, supplier, or service provider — you are welcome. Our commercial platform is open to those building, designing, or supporting commercial projects.

Each meeting follows a structured but conversational agenda:

  • 11:30 AM – Arrival, food ordering, and networking

  • 11:50 AM – Announcements

  • 12:00 PM – Recap of Planning Board Meetings

  • 12:30 PM – Member Presentation

  • 12:45 PM – Open Floor Discussion
