2026 Scholarship Home

The BBIA presents our Scholarship Home for 2026!

The 2026 BBIA Scholarship Home is a one-of-a-kind project built with purpose, passion, and a commitment to our community. Constructed under the direction of Daniel Gibbons with G6 Development and thoughtfully designed by M. Corb Architectural Design, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers 2,344 heated and cooled square feet of quality craftsmanship and collaboration from BBIA members and partners. More than just a beautiful home, this project directly supports BBIA’s scholarship program and workforce development initiatives, helping students pursue careers in the building trades. The home will serve as Entry #1 in the 2026 BBIA Parade of Homes, taking place June 5–7 and June 12–14 from 11 AM to 5 PM daily. Represented by Morgan Benton with eXp Realty, who is generously forgoing her listing commission to maximize the program’s impact, this home stands as a true example of what can be accomplished when an industry comes together to give back and build the future.

🏡 2026 BBIA Scholarship Home

The Bay Building Industries Association (BBIA) is proud to once again bring our community together through the 2026 BBIA Scholarship Home—a project built with purpose, collaboration, and a commitment to the future of our local building industry.

Each year, the Scholarship Home Program allows BBIA to reinvest directly into education, workforce development, and the next generation of skilled professionals by turning craftsmanship into opportunity.

Building the Future, One Home at a Time

Thanks to the generosity of BBIA builders, trades, vendors, and community partners, BBIA has awarded more than $187,000 in scholarships to over 200 students pursuing careers in construction, the trades, and related fields.

Proceeds from the sale of the Scholarship Home go directly back into these scholarship and workforce initiatives—making this home more than a showcase, but a true investment in our community’s future.

Built by BBIA. Powered by Community.

The Scholarship Home Program is made possible through donated and discounted labor, materials, and in-kind support from BBIA members and industry partners. It’s a powerful example of what can happen when an industry comes together to give back.

Follow along as construction gets underway and this home comes to life—we’ll be sharing progress updates, partner highlights, and opportunities to get involved along the way.
