Regional Alignment with BIAOW

This year, BBIA is proudly aligning with the Building Industry Association of Okaloosa-Walton (BIAOW) to expand opportunities and elevate visibility for our builders.

Because we are all part of the same FHBA family, we are working together to strengthen our regional presence and create greater exposure across multiple counties.

• BBIA builders may enter a home in the BIAOW Parade—even if they are not members there.
• BIAOW builders may enter a home in the BBIA Parade—even if they are not members of BBIA.

And for the first time:

All homes entered in both the BBIA and BIAOW Parades will be featured together in one unified 2026 Parade of Homes Magazine.
