Celebrating excellence in residential construction or major renovation, including craftsmanship, design, execution, and collaboration. Self-submissions are welcome.

Nominations and project submissions must be submitted by a current BBIA member.
Award recipients will be announced and celebrated at the 2026 BBIA Christmas Awards & Installation Banquet on Thursday, December 3, from 5:00–9:00 PM.

BBIA is proud to recognize the members, leaders, and projects that represent the very best of our association and our building industry.
Our award recipients reflect the dedication, leadership, craftsmanship, service, and community spirit that continue to make BBIA stronger. Whether through industry excellence, volunteer leadership, supporting fellow members, or making a difference in our community, their contributions help move our association forward.

Garrett Anderson, with Anderson Construction got a great surprise at FHBA Fall Conference when he was presented with the distinguished FHBA Eagle Award for his dedication to work in Governmental Affairs and help in our community following Hurricane Michael. Garrett was installed in Sarasota, Florida as the 2022 Secretary for the Florida Home Builders Association.

Our very own Gloria Feeney, Executive Officer of Bay Building Industries Association with FHBA President, Bill Truex. Gloria was awarded the prestigious 2019 Eagle Award from FHBA. This award is only given to 3 people of 8,300 members state wide! We are all so extremely proud of her! Your hard work and perseverance shines in all you do!
